About Our Company
The company CP-Greenroad International Logistics S.R.L. is registered in Romania, as a joint venture between the well-known Chinese-Polish shipping company CHIPOLBROK and the Chinese logistics company SHANGHAI GREENROAD INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO LTD. We are based in the central area of Bucharest. Our main activity is logistics and ships port agency. We can support you with containerized cargo, oversized goods, heavy transportation, bulk, barge transportation, road transport, rail transport service to destinations, air freights, as well as custom service. We can provide door-to-door/port service ex Far Est within Romania and also neighbourhood countries: Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine, Hungary.

Sea Forwarding
Perfect import and export execution of FCL (full container load), LCL (less than container load), dangerous and bulk cargo in cooperation with renowned ocean carriers.

Acting as a liner agent for/of Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company (CHIPOLBROK), a global liner carrier and dotter company of Shanghai Greenroad International Logistics Co Ltd., we have longstanding business experience in serving trade with Far East. Our offer includes sea freight, shipping insurance for cargo as well as customs service.
Inland Transportation
Effective and secure road and rail forwarding neutral, temperature controlled and dangerous cargo using appropriate fleet.
We execute land forwarding orders in timely and secure manner, offering shipment tracking and advisory for transportation at a competitive price.

Air Forwarding
In many cases, such as short delivery terms or high value of cargo, air transportation is preferable.
We provide our Client with complete end-to- end execution of all air shipments to the European hub airports. Our offer includes airfreight, cargo insurance, customs clearance and last-mile delivery to the Client’s chosen destination.

Project Cargo
Out of gauge and heavy lift loads
We support our customers with professional experience gained over the years of arranging transportation and forwarding for over gauge, heavy-lift and non-standard consignments both domestically and internationally. We make sure that all aspects and specific needs are accounted for and addressed, while providing seamless transportation of project cargo both at sea and land.

Ship's Agency
The company, CHIPOLBROK – Chinese Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company, was founded in 1951 under the governments of China and Poland in bilateral agreement, as a first ever Sino-foreign joint-venture after proclamation of the People’s Republic of China. Its headquaters is located in Shanghai and European office in Gdynia. The company is the major breakbulk “around the globe” carrier, sailing on Europe – Middle East – Far East – USA, Far East – USA and USA – Far East routes.
